What they’ll learn
Little Musicians is where a lifelong love of music begins. In small, joyful groups, babies, toddlers and preschoolers explore singing, rhythm, movement and play alongside their grown-up — building listening, coordination, language and confidence, all through the sheer fun of making music together.
Every class follows a gentle, familiar arc — a welcome song, rhythm and instruments, movement and scarves, a teacher performance, a story-and-song adventure and a goodbye song — with just the right mix of favourites and fresh surprises. There are three age groups so every child is exactly where they belong:
- Baby Beats (2–18 months) — tummy-time, sensory play, finger plays and gentle singing, with social time for parents.
- Toddler Tunes (18 months–2.5 years) — bigger action songs, bigger instruments and lots of pretend play.
- Preschool Performers (2–3 years) — a child-only class (caregivers stay on site) with acting, singing, dancing and real performable songs.
Lessons & pricing
What it costs
$20 per class. Programs run in 10-week terms at $200 per term (HST exempt), with a 25% sibling discount when siblings attend the same class.
Terms: Term 1 (October–December), Term 2 (January–March Break), Term 3 (March Break–May). Firm start and finish dates let each group gel together for the whole term — and make it easy to deliver make-up classes if a class is ever cancelled.
Class times — Wednesdays: Baby Beats 9:00–9:45, Toddler Tunes 10:00–10:45. Fridays: Preschool Performers 9:00–9:45, Infant/Toddler 10:00–10:45. (No Monday or Tuesday classes.)
Age groups: Baby Beats (2–18 months), Toddler Tunes (18 months–2.5 years), Preschool Performers (2–3 years). An older sibling may join a class for their younger sibling’s age group.
Good to know: each baby and toddler is assigned their own instrument and prop kit for the term. A nursing room and a privacy screen for floor changes are available (please bring your own change pad). Please note the studio is down a flight of stairs and is not stroller accessible.
